Following a similar rule-based methodology, I developed a series entitled Alterkino. As the title suggests, the conceptual premise of the series lies in the notion that each Kubikino face contains—within its composition—an alternative identity. This latent identity becomes visible through the rearrangement of the tiles, which alters the perceived structure and meaning.

In creating Alterkino, I employed all and only the Kubikino tiles available within a given generation. This process provided valuable insights into the relationship between perception and identity. It underscored the idea that both identity and perception are not fixed but are, instead, contingent on the arrangement of constituent elements. In this sense, identity becomes a dynamic construct—shaped and reshaped through visual reconfiguration—rather than a stable essence.
